Dr. Amy Lutgen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. She has been with Eastside Animal Hospital since her graduation in 2005. One of Dr. Lutgen’s favorite parts of veterinary medicine is seeing the amazing bond people have with their animals and helping people keep their animals healthy so that they can enjoy each other’s companionship for as long as possible. She also enjoys dentistry and educating people on the importance of dental health in their pets.
Outside of work, Dr. Lutgen enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, Kendall and Brielle. They enjoy traveling together, reading books, and hiking with their three dogs. She and her family welcomed the addition of a baby boy in the spring of 2017.
