Dr. Mallory Crafton was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Her mother was a veterinary technician and she knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian from a young age. After receiving degrees in biology and psychology from the University of Louisville, she went to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her special medical interests include cardiology and ophthalmology. Having a background in psychology also makes her passionate about the human-animal bond.
When not at work, Dr. Crafton enjoys cooking, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. She shares her home with a three legged dog named Houser, as well as two cats, Jake and Mercury.
