Jennifer comes to us from Elizabethtown, KY—and yes, the drive is worth it! Although born and raised in Frankfort, KY, she has traveled across the United States helping animals as well as people from all over the world while working for the United States Army. Once settled back in the E-town area, she went back to school for her BA in Psychology and Biology, graduating with honors in 2013. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to help the animals and thereby helping their humans. She believes, “the human-animal bond is a powerful thing to witness, and I am honored to be a part of it.”
Outside of work, Jen’s time is spent with family and friends both four-legged and two-legged. Her family includes her son, Nathan, two dogs, Fynn and Jodi, and two cats, Cheeto and Dax. In her free time, she works with local rescue organizations, spends time on the water with friends, travels, and watches sports.
